The FAST score combines FibroScan liver stiffness and CAP with AST to identify at-risk MASH: steatohepatitis with a NAS of 4 or more and fibrosis stage 2 or more.

How it is worked out
FAST = ex ÷ (1 + ex), where x = −1.65 + 1.07 × ln(liver stiffness) + 2.66 × 10−8 × CAP³ − 63.3 × AST−1.
